The Supply Chain Management Policy will apply, and the proposals will be evaluated in terms of the 80/20 points system as set out in the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (Act 5 of 2000) read with PPPF Regulation 2022.Documents can be downloaded on the National Treasury E-portal or the DLRRD Departmental website. Documents will be ready for collection as from 15:h30 on 21 July 2026 between 08.00- 12.30 and 13.15 to 15.30, Monday to Friday, Telegraphic, emailed, telefaxed or faxed bids will NOT be considered, and late bids will not be accepted. The Department of Land Reform and Rural Development does not bind itself to accept the lowest quotations
