Tender documents may be collected from 29 July 2026 during office hours, Monday to Friday, between 08h00 and 12h45, and 14h00 and 16h00, from the offices listed above. A non-refundable tender document fee of R100.00 (One hundred rand only) per set of documents is payable in cash upon collection. No tender documents will be available for purchase or issued at the compulsory briefing session. Prospective bidders are therefore advised to collect the tender documents timeously beforehand. Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted. Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued. Requirements for sealing, addressing, delivering, opening and assessment of Tenders are stated in the Tender Data.
