1. Bids submitted must be in line with the detailed specification. Failure to bid accordingly will result in the disqualification of the bids. 28.4 Specifically, a current and valid Letter of Good Standing from the Department of Employment and Labour or letter to tender from Compensation Fund must be submitted as part of the Bid Proposal documents. NB: Such letter of good standing must be submitted to SCM-Contract Management Unit on a yearly basis during the duration of the contract. Failure to submit the Letter of Good Standing from the Department of Employment and Labour or letter to tender will lead to disqualification of the bid.
