Documents will be available or issued at the Briefing Session for those prospective bidders who have pre-booked and provided a Proof of Payment prior to the date of the compulsory clarification meeting to the SCM official, Mr Mzubanzi Mntumni at Mzubanzi.Mntumni@dlrrd.gov.za, and no later than 24 hours before the tender clarification meeting is to be held. A non-refundable tender deposit of R 250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty Rand) per set of documents, payable by EFT into the following bank account:
