• It is required that bidder make use of a Town Planner for a specific portion of this service. Bidders are required to indicate who will perform the town planning service or who they will subcontract the town planning service to and provide proof that the Town Planner is registered with SACPLAN. • It is required that bidder make use of a Land Surveyor for a specific portion of this service. Bidders are required to indicate who will perform the land surveying service or who they will subcontract the land surveying service to and provide proof that the Land Surveyor is registered with SAGC. • Bidders must have a minimum of 3 years’ work experience of contracts of similar nature; experience will be verified using the information provided
