The Supply Chain Management Policy will apply, and the proposals will be evaluated in terms of the 80/20 points system as set out in the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (Act 5 of 2000) read with PPPF Regulation 2022 Documents are available for free download on the Departmental website and E-tender Portal. Documents will be ready for collection at 270 Jabu Ndlovu Street, Pietermaritzburg as from 14h00 on 07 August 2026 and thereafter between 08h00- 12h30 and 13h15 to 15h30, Monday to Friday, except public holidays. A non-refundable deposit of R100.00 is payable into the following bank account for collection of the document, proof of payment must be produced upon collection (these are for printing costs):
